Most items are shipped using a UK courier service, some are shipped via royalmail. A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure you specify a delivery address where someone will be available 9am-5pm, Mon to Fri. Most items should be received within 5-7 working days of the date you made the payment . However it can take up to 28 days for delivery.

Delivery Attempts:

Deliveries are usually the next working day (Mon - Fri), and will require a signature at the point of delivery. If they are unable to obtain a signature on delivery they will leave a calling card asking you to contact your local depot to arrange a redelivery. You must contact your local depot within 2 days of them leaving the calling card or the item will automatically be returned to us and you will be responsible for the return postage costs which will be charged at £12.00

Shipping Prices:

Our Free Shipping Offer is ONLY available for delivery to the UK Mainland ONLY. This excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man & any offshore destinations.

The following postal regions are NOT covered by our Free Shipping Offer:

ZE 1-99, GY1-199, JE, KW, PA41-78, PH, JE
HS, IV, BFPO, IM,TR21-25, Ireland and Nothern Ireland

Items Damaged in Transit:

All items are sent with an insured courier service. If the item appears to have damage to the outer packaging upon arrival you must sign for the item as "damaged" or "unchecked" and contact us via email within 48 hours. Failure to do this will invalidate transit insurance.
All replacements will be issued on receipt of the damaged item, we are not able to offer a "doorstep swap" service.


Returns Postage

We will refund reasonable postage costs for any items returned back to us for any reason with a a maximum postage refund allowance back to the customer for £10.

Cancellation

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to sales@saunabelt.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
