How it Works
Slendertone Flex BT uses electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) technology that works the abdominal muscles by producing strong and deep, yet comfortable contractions. This technology has been used by hospitals and physiotherapists for over 30 years and functions as follows:
Step 1 – Signals are sent between the pads on the Flex BT Toning Shorts
Step 2 – The signals switch on the nerves that control the abdominal muscles
